Yadda ake hada curry
Wannan hadine mai sauƙi amma mai ɗanɗano za a iya amfani dashi a cikin na’in abinci daban-daban.

Abubuwan Da Ake Bukata (Kayan Kamshi)
3 tablespoons coriander niƙaƙƙe
2 tablespoons cumin
2 teaspoons kurkum (turmeric) niƙaƙƙe (don launi da ɗanɗano)
1 teaspoon citta (ginger) niƙaƙƙe
1 teaspoon masoro baƙi(black pepper) niƙaƙƙe 1 teaspoon mustard niƙaƙƙe
1 teaspoon barkono
½ teaspoon hulba ( fenugreek) niƙaƙƙe (yana ƙara ɗanɗano mai kyau)
½ teaspoon cinnamon niƙaƙƙe ko cloves (na ƙari, don ɗanɗano mai ɗumi)

Yadda Ake Yi Hadawa
1. Zaki Saka duk kayan kamshan da aka niƙa a cikin ƙaramin kwano.
2. Ki juya su tare da muciya ko cokali har sai launin ya zama daya.
3. A saka a roban spices ko roba mai kyau mai murfi. A Ajiye a wuri mai sanyi mai inuwa don kiyaye ɗanɗanon.
4. Zaki iya amfani dashi a kowani irin nau”in abinci.

Idan kinaso kamshin yafi haka zaki fara gasa coriander, cumin, hulba, mustard da kirfa sama sama, karki cika mai wuta dayawa, idan ya fara kamshi kadan kadan Saiki sauke ki Bari ya huce kamin a nika ko a daka.
