Edward John Auta, an opposition voice in Kaduna State, has accused the management of Kaduna Polytechnic of planning to relocate the Television Campus from Command Junction Road to Rigachikun. Auta claims this move is unjust and divisive, stereotyping surrounding communities as unsafe. He alleges the relocation is motivated by sectional interests, aiming to provide a safer environment for Muslim students and lecturers.¹

Auta argues the Television Campus was initially intended as the main campus but was neglected and stripped of its status. He urges President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Uba Sani, and Kaduna State's three Senators to intervene, emphasizing the need for development and improvement rather than relocation.
