A heavy cloud of grief hangs over Nollywood today as we mourn the demise of a legend, Alhaji Taiwo Hassan (Ogogo).

From his iconic performance in classic cinema like "Owo Blow" to his unforgettable screen presence that birthed the popular street phrase, "Action po bi Ogogo," he brought unmatched vibrant energy, charisma, and wisdom to our homes. He was a rare talent who mastered his craft and used it to preserve and promote the beauty of Yoruba culture.

Though his final battle with illness was fierce, his legacy is firmly set in stone. We stand in solidarity and prayer with the Hassan family during this deeply painful hour. May the heavens welcome an angel, and may his artistic soul rest in perfect peace.
