Hukumar Hisbah ga karrama Shugaban Hukumar kula da zirga zirgar ababan hawa ta jihar kano (KAROTA), Hon. Faisal Mahmoud Kabir, saboda kwazon sa da jajircewa wajen gudanar da ayyuka tare da ingantaccen haɗin gwiwa da hukumar Hisbah da kuma KAROTA.

Babban Kwamandan Hisbah, Mal. Aminu Ibrahim Daura, ne ya mika lambar yabon ta hannun Darakta Janar na hukumar Hisbah.

A cikin jawabin sa, ya bayyana cewa sun lura da yadda KAROTA ke aiki kafada da kafada da Hisbah wajen tabbatar da doka da oda a cikin jahar nan.

Ya kuma yaba da irin kokarin da Shugaban KAROTA yake a kullum, musamman a ranakun Juma’a da Jimma’i wajen tabbatar da tsari a manyan hanyoyi.

A nasa jawabin, Permanent Secretary na Ma’aikatar Sufuri ta jiha, Alhaji Abdulmumini Babani, ya bayyana farin cikinsa da wannan karramawa. Ya ce da ace ba KAROTA aka karrama ba, hakan zai nuna rashin adalci, domin hukumar ta cancanci yabo bisa irin rawar da take takawa wajen inganta harkokin sufuri a jihar Kano.

Shima a nasa jawabin Babban mataimaki na musamman ga gwabna a KAROTA, Alhaji Yahuza Adamu, yankaba ya bayyana cewa wannan karramawa ba ta tsaya ga MD kawai ba, an karrama hukumar KAROTA gaba ɗaya ne bisa jajircewarta da haɗin kai da sauran hukumomi.

Ya yaba da wannan girmamawa tare da jaddada cewa za su ci gaba da aiki tukuru.

A karshe, MD KAROTA, Hon. Faisal Mahmoud Kabir, ya gode wa hukumar Hisba bisa wannan abin kirki, inda ya bayyana cewa akwai kyakkyawar alaƙa mai ƙarfi tsakanin ayyukan KAROTA da na Hisbah, kuma wannan haɗin gwiwar ce ke kawo nasarori masu kyau.

Endorsement for Dr. Mansur Hassan (Ph.D)

I, Shaddadu Danjuma Aliyu Gwarzo, the Special Assistant on Youth Development to the Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, and Secretary of Kwankwasiyya Reporters, Kano Chapter, proudly endorse Dr. Mansur Hassan (Ph.D) for the position of President, Kwankwasiyya Scholars Assembly.

Dr. Mansur Hassan is a man of integrity, experience, and dedication. He has contributed immensely to both the academic and political development of our society. He began his career as a teacher at Karaye Girls Science College and currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Northwest University, Kano.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil, and further advanced his education by obtaining both his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from reputable universities in Jordan and Malaysia.

Dr. Mansur is also one of the founding members of Kwankwasiyya Reporters Nigeria, serving today as the Zonal Secretary. In addition, he is the Secretary of the Kwankwasiyya Movement, Kano State Chapter, the Public Relations Officer of the NNPP, Kumbotso Local Government, and the Chief of Staff to the Kumbotso Local Government Chairman.

If elected as President of the Kwankwasiyya Scholars Assembly, Dr. Mansur will undoubtedly bring innovative ideas, unity, and growth to the movement. His leadership will promote development that benefits both our current and future generations.

Dr. Mansur is a silent achiever, a humble leader, and a visionary personality who believes in collective progress and empowerment. His record of service speaks volumes about his commitment and capability.

Attorney General Visits Courts, Vows to Decongest Correctional Centres
Grand Khadi Calls for Fair Case Distribution

In continuation of his visits to courts and judicial institutions across the state, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Kano State, Barr. Abdulkarim Kabiru Maude, SAN, accompanied by the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary, Barr. Salisu Muhammad Tahir, and some of the most senior directors of the Ministry, has visited the High Court of Justice, the Sharia Court, and the Magistrate Court, Normans Land, Kano today, Tuesday.

During the visits, the Attorney General and his team met with judges, court staff, and some awaiting trial inmates to discuss effective measures and modalities aimed at addressing congestion in correctional centres across the state.

At the Sharia Court, Barr. Maude held a fruitful discussion with the Grand Khadi, Hon. Tijjani Ibrahim Yakasai, focusing on the challenges of pending cases, delays in the dispensation of justice, and ways to strengthen collaboration between the Ministry of Justice and the Sharia Court system.

In his remarks, the Attorney General reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with the judiciary to ensure speedy dispensation of justice and to end prolonged trials and congestion in correctional facilities across Kano State.

In his response, the Grand Khadi, Hon. Tijjani Ibrahim Yakasai, commended the Attorney General for the visit and the renewed effort to reform the justice system. He, however, expressed concern that many cases which fall under the jurisdiction of the Sharia Courts are not being brought before them, a situation which he said negatively affects the operation and relevance of the Sharia judicial system in the state. He appealed to the Attorney General to intervene and ensure that such cases are properly directed to the appropriate Sharia Courts.

In his own remarks, the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary, Barr. Salisu Muhammad Tahir, appreciated the support and cooperation of the judiciary, reaffirming the Ministry’s readiness to work closely with all courts in the state to promote timely, fair, and effective justice delivery for all.
