Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
All praise is due to Allah , who gave us life, strength, guidance, and the opportunity to serve. To Him alone belongs all thanks and gratitude. Whatever good was achieved during my tenure as Ameer of IMSIC is purely from Allah, and whatever shortcomings occurred are from myself.
May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our noble Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, his family, his companions, and all those who follow his path with sincerity until the Last Day.
Today, as I formally hand over the responsibility of leadership, I do so with a heart full of gratitude. I sincerely thank my colleagues and members of the executive council who worked alongside me throughout this journey. Your dedication, patience, advice, sacrifices, and cooperation made this responsibility lighter and this experience meaningful. Leadership is never a one-man effort; whatever we achieved was the result of collective struggle and teamwork.
I also humbly seek forgiveness from anyone I may have wronged, hurt, or neglected whether knowingly or unknowingly through my words, actions, or decisions. I ask you to pardon me for the sake of Allah, and I pray that Allah forgives us all and accepts our intentions and efforts. Wallahi I love you all ❤️❤️
To the incoming executives, I offer this sincere advice:
Fear Allah in every responsibility entrusted to you. Lead with sincerity, humility, justice, and patience. Remember that leadership is a trust (amānah), not a position of pride. Serve the members with compassion, listen to differing opinions, and always place the interest of Islam and the organization above personal interests. Consult one another, remain united, and seek Allah’s help in every step.
I pray that Allah grants you success, wisdom, and steadfastness, and that He takes IMSIC from strength to strength under your leadership.
