We respectfully call on the Kano State Government, the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Justice, the Kano State House of Assembly, and all relevant regulatory agencies to urgently address the growing issue of excessive house agent commissions across Kano State.

Many residents are being asked to pay commissions far beyond what they consider fair, making it even more difficult for families, students, and workers to secure accommodation.
