Every word has a different meaning which is determined by the context by which it is used, The word mask isn't any different.
Our new topic is mask , I'll start by giving 3 dictionary meanings of the word mask and we will discuss each meaning in a series starting with the first definition and ending at the last one.
A mask is a covering for all or part of the face, worn as a disguise, or to amuse or frighten others.
A covering worn over the mouth and nose in order to reduce the transmission of infectious agents, or to prevent the inhalation of pollutants and other harmful substances.
A manner or expression that hides one's true character or feelings.
That been said let's start with the first definition:
It is said that a mask covers or part of the face depending on the roll it is for. People where masks for different reasons and to perform different tasks. Those who require masks include people in the medical field (doctors, nurses and other medical practitioners),Members of the armed forces (soldiers, police,swat,etc),Nail technicians,welders, mechanics, people in sports that require masks, etc... Some use masks to commit crime while hiding their identities behind masks these set of people use masks to frighten people. There are also people in the entertainment industry who use masks to entertain their audience.

Okay so today I introduced the topic mask , tomorrow morning I'll move to the next definition and there we will discuss more things than than was mentioned here.
