This is the break down of how Atanda and one my client got half plot and prepared all necessary d0cuments inside 1M Only

We bought half plot of Land in Ogun Stat£ (Atan Area to be precise )for only 300 k

We pa!d 0monile foundation m0ney 50 k

We pa!d 10 k to Omonile for digging fence.

I prepared the deed of Assignment for 10% of the amount we bought the land, which is just 30k.

We prepare the surv£y plan at a pady pady pric£ as na my own person.

We collected family receipt for 100 k.

We b0ught 500 blocks at 450x500=225 k

Out of the 500 blocks, we use 150 for dwarf fence and used the remaining to build foundation for 2 bed room Flat.

Total Money we spent was below 1M

And ever since then
Each month, i disturb him to at least buy 100 blocks and one bag of cement and do something on it monthly.
