One Shout is an innovative safety platform committed to improving personal and community security through technology. We are expanding our network of Independent Consultants to promote the One Shout Safety App and drive paid subscriptions across communities and organizations.
Job Summary
As a One Shout Independent Consultant, you will serve as a brand ambassador responsible for promoting the One Shout Safety App, acquiring new users, and converting them into paid subscribers. This is a performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential through direct sales and a one-level referral system.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the One Shout Safety App through online and offline channels.
- Generate new app downloads and convert users into paid subscribers.
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals, organizations, schools, businesses, community groups, and religious institutions.
- Educate potential users on the features and benefits of the One Shout Safety App.
- Recruit and mentor Independent Sub-Consultants using your unique referral code.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with One Shout's policies and code of conduct.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the One Shout brand.

- Events, campaigns, and public engagements
- Personal referrals through friends and family
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND (higher qualifications are an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing, networking, or sales abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or community engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
- 20% Direct Commission on every verified paid subscription generated.
- 5% Indirect Commission on verified subscriptions generated by your direct Sub-Consultants (one referral level only).
- Monthly commission payments after verification.

Performance Expectations
Successful consultants are expected to:
- Actively market the One Shout Safety App.
- Meet agreed subscription targets.
