MUHIMMAN ABUBUWAN DA S**A FARU A ZAMAN KOTU NA YAU 25-11-2021
(Inda ba ƙasa, nan ake gardamar kokawa)...
Cikin ikon Allah yau ce rana ta tara a cikin jerin ranakun da ake zaman sauraron shari'ar Abduljabbar Nasiru Kabara.
A zaman na yau wanda aka kwashe awanni 5 ana sauraron shari'ar, muhimman abubuwa da yawa sun faru, ga kadan daga ciki:-
1. Ganin sababbin fuskoki a matsayin lauyoyin Abduljabbar ya ja hankalin al'umma, musamman da aka duba ba'a ga tsofaffin lauyoyin nasa ba, musamman. Barrister Umar Muhammad, Barrister Hassan Umar, da kuma Barrister Umar Faruq.
Dama ana ta samun sabani tsakanin lauyoyin da Abduljabbar, saboda shi yana so a tafiyar da Shari'ar ta yadda su masana sharia suke ganin hakan ba daidai bane.
Bayan kwanaki kadan da wancan zaman da aka yi, an samu bullar wata waya da ta gudana tsakanin Barrister Umar Muhammad, da wani jagora a ashabul Kahfi, inda shi Baristan yake nuna yadda Abduljabbar yake tafka kusakurai, yake kokarin jefa kansa a ramin da ba zai iya fita ba. Har ma shi lauyan yake tabbatar da cewa ya tambayi Abduljabbar shin kalmomin da ake tuhumar sa akan su, akwai su a Bukhari ko Muslim ko a maganganun wasu malamai? Abduljabbar yace masa babu, shine ya fada a lokacin da yake sharhi.
Watakila wannan tirka-tirkar ce ta janyo rabuwar lauyoyin da Abduljabbar, wanda dama sau biyu yana cewa ya kore su a kotu, alƙali ne yake sasanta su domin samar da daidaito.
2. Kamar yadda kotu ta nema a baya, wadansu mutane guda biyu daga jami'ar Bayero sun kawo litattafan Sahihul Bukhari da Sahihu Muslim, kuma sun mikawa kotu littattafan, kotu ta duba, kuma ta bawa lauyoyin kowanne bangare domin su duba su tabbatar littattafan ne ba wasu ba? Kuma lauyoyin kowanne bangaren, har da wanda ake ƙara, sun tabbatar cewa Bukhari da Muslim ne. A karshe kotu ta yiwa littattafan lamba kamar yadda doka ta tanada.
3. Alƙali ya tambayi lauyoyi masu ƙara, shin sun cika alkawarin su na bawa Abduljabbar kudin siyan littafi?
Lauyoyin sun amsa, sun shaidawa kotu cewa sun bawa Abduljabbar ₦20,000 domin siyan Bukhari da Muslim. Kuma an tambayi lauyansa, kuma ya tabbatar da hakan.
4. A karo na uku, an kuma gabatar da shaida na biyu domin wanda ake ƙara ya cigaba da yi masa tambayoyi.
Abduljabbar ya dauki dogon lokaci yana yiwa shaida na biyun tambayoyi, kuma yayi tambayoyi masu kyau, sai dai biyu bisa uku na tambayoyin nasa basu da alaka da abinda shaida ya faɗa a gaban kotu.

A karshe dai an kammala da sauraron wannan shaida na biyu, kuma za'a gabatar da shaida na uku a zama na gaba.
5. Bayan kammala sauraron shaida, Abduljabbar yayi s**a akan shaidar inda ya bayyana abubuwa kamar haƙa:
A. Yayi masa karya akan shiga ajinsu a MA'AHAD, domin ya daina shiga makarantar shekara biyu kafin shigar shaida makarantar.
B. Shaidar makiyinsa ne, domin shekara 6 da s**a wuce ya rubuta masa littafin Raddi kuma yaci mutuncin sa dana mahaifinsa.
3. A shafukan sada zumunta da ake zargin na shaidan ne, an ga hotunan wasu malaman Izala, wasu ma tare da shaidan, sannan an gani a rubuce cewa shaidan yana aiki da Jibwis Nigeria.
Da aka waiwayo ga shaida domin ya kare kansa, ya bayyana cewa tabbas ya yiwa Abduljabbar raddi a rubuce, ba don kiyayya ba, sai don rokon da Abduljabbar din yake yi na neman gyara, musamman a rubuce.
Sannan kuma ya tabbatar da cewa yayi ma'ahad, kuma Abduljabbar din yana shiga ajinsu ya yi musu kissoshi da tambayoyi (ba wai malami ne da yake karantawa permanent ba), kuma shaidan yace yana da takardu masu nuna hakan. A batun shafin sada zumunta kuma , ya bayyana cewa anyi masa kutse a kwanakin baya, inda ya samu wandansu abubuwa ba daidai ba a shafin nasa.

Su ma lauyoyin Abduljabbar, sun gabatar da nasu jawaban inda suke rokon kotu tayi watsi da shaidar da shaida na biyu ya bayar.
Alƙali yace zai fadi matsayar sa akan shaida na biyun a gaba.
6. Duk da kudin da aka bashi domin siyan Bukhari da Muslim, amma har yau ya kasa nuna inda kalaman da yada suke a cikin littattafan. Hakan ya kara tabbatar da maganar Barrister Umar Muhammad na cewa ya tambayi Abduljabbar, yace masa babu a littafin, shine ya fada.
7. A lokacin da Abduljabbar yake gabatar da tambayoyi ga shaida na biyu, akan maganar sadaki, yayi ikirarin cewa Allah ya wajabtawa Annabi SAW bayar da sadaki na kudi ko kadara, da ya tashi kafa hujja, sai ya yi kokarin jawo aya ta 50 a cikin Suratul Ahzab, amma yana fara jan ayar sai ya ɓalle mata kafar dama da hannun hagu, abinda ya haifar da hayaniya a kotun, ayar dai taki jawuwa, yayi kokarin karasa ta da hannu (demonstration), amma hakan ma yaci tura, Allah Allah ya taimaka wasu sun taya shi ya karasa ayar har zuwa karshe. Da yazo fassara ayar, sai ya dauko iyaka inda yake so ya fassara, har aka yi, aka yi ya fassara ayar daga farko har karshe, amma yace a'a iyaka inda yake buƙata zai fassara. Hmmmm Allah ya taimaki Mujaddadin zamani.
8. Alƙali ya daga zaman kotun zuwa ranar 9-12-2021.
Allah Ya taimaki gaskiya da masu gaskiya, Allah Ya rusa karya da makaryata.
