Don’t make the same mistake I made when I started the business.

Snack production is demanding. If you know, you know. 😅

But when we started, we wanted to do everything ourselves.

Sometimes, after production and supply, I would still have to drag myself to the market to buy production items.

Even when I was extremely tired, I felt like, “I just have to do it.”

One night, my body gave me a serious warning. I couldn't sleep properly because I was so exhausted, and my saliva kept coming out from my mouth nonstop.

That should have been a red flag.

But we moved regardless.

Looking back now, I realize that building a business doesn't mean doing everything yourself.

You need to recognize when something can be delegated.

Today, we have someone who can handle the market runs for us.

And honestly?

Things are taking shape. ❤️

The lesson is simple:

Don't wait until your body breaks down before you start building support around your business.

Your business needs you healthy enough to lead it.

What is one task in your business you need to start delegating?

It's a fresh week,
May grace find you this season and beyond.

So you can achieve more than you effort 🙏.

May clients flooded your DM.

That vision you desire be materialize at a speed of light.

Take a deep breath and move on...

Am tired right now, but I lean on His grace.

Have a productive week my people.

You don’t need to have it before you can think it.

Sometimes, you can experience something in your imagination before you experience it in reality.

A young man was staying with his brother, but he was no longer comfortable.

Not because he was being treated badly.

There was simply something inside him saying, “It’s time to stand on your own feet. It’s time to face life squarely.”

Did he have all the resources to take care of himself at that moment?

No.

But he took a step of faith.

He went out to price a mattress.

The money came.

He bought the mattress.

Then he started looking for a house to rent.

He found one.

And somehow, the resources came.

This reminded me of something that happened to me recently.

One morning, I looked at my wardrobe and shook my head.

I said to myself:

“These clothes are no longer valuable or wearable for me. I need replacements.”

I took them out.

That same day, more than what I had removed came in.

Coincidence?

Maybe.

But I have learned something:

Sometimes, you have to make room for what you are asking for.

Call forth what you want to see.

Picture it.

Speak about it.

Take the first step toward it, even when you don't have everything figured out.

Don't wait for life to make it happen by chance.

It’s a new week.

Create a new picture in your mind.

Take a step toward it.

And enjoy this one life that you have.

What are you believing for this week?

Tomorrow is an opportunity to try again.

One of the biggest assets you can build in business is TRUST.

I asked one of our clients:

“Did you count the bread buns when you got to your shop?”

We had added some extra buns to her order—separate from the usual quantity—as a little appreciation for being our client.

She said:

“No. I just poured everything into my transparent container because I trust you. You won't cheat me.”

That statement stayed with me.

Because at that moment, I realized something:

Trust had already been established.

She wasn't counting every piece because she had confidence in us.

And that kind of trust doesn't happen in one transaction.

It is built through:

- Keeping your word.
- Being honest when nobody is watching.
- Giving customers exactly what they paid for.
- Adding value when you can.
- Doing the right thing consistently.

People may come to you because of your product.

But they stay because of how you make them feel and how safe they feel doing business with you.

I'm grateful to God for the grace to build a business where a client can confidently say:

“I trust you. You won't cheat me.”

That is more than a compliment.

That is a business asset.

What are you doing today to make your customers trust you more?

99% of people are missing this one detail in sales

They are so focused on what they want to sell that they forget to ask what the customer wants to solve.

People don't buy because you have a product.

They buy because your product gives them something they want—
a solution, convenience, comfort, profit, status, satisfaction, or a better experience.

Before you sell, ask:

“What does this customer really want?”

When you understand that, selling becomes much easier.

Work hard, they said.

And yes, you should work hard.

But you also need to pause and rest.

Brian Tracy, in Maximum Achievement, talks about the importance of taking time away from work to rest and recharge. Even a workaholic can work intensely for several days and then deliberately take time off.

Because you are not a machine.

After completing a major project, reaching a goal, or experiencing that beautiful sense of achievement, reward yourself with a special treat.

Go somewhere nice.
Spend time with people you love.
Sleep.
Eat something you enjoy.
Take yourself out.
Celebrate the progress.

There is a part of you that wants to work hard, achieve and build.

But there is another part of you that wants to enjoy life, relax and experience the fruits of your effort.

Don't silence either one.

Work hard. Rest well. Celebrate your wins.

When you give yourself room for both achievement and enjoyment, you don't just perform better—you live a more fulfilled life.

So, when was the last time you rewarded yourself for how far you've come?
