TOPICโœจTHE REALITY OF RESURRECTION โœจ

๐Ÿ“–Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever (Hebrews 13:8).

There are those who preach reincarnation, claiming that after death, a person returns in another body, perhaps as an animal, bird, insect, or even another human. But this teaching is unscriptural. The Bible teaches resurrection, not reincarnation. Resurrection is life after death, but itโ€™s the same person whoโ€™s brought back to life by God's power. That is the truth.

Reincarnation is a lie, a false doctrine, but resurrection is God's reality. Itโ€™s interesting how many believe in what they canโ€™t prove. Christianity can be proven. The resurrection of Christ proves His deity. Romans 1:4 says He was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.

Thatโ€™s why His Name still has power today. Whatever He accomplished before He died, His Name continues to do today. The Bible says, โ€œJesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and foreverโ€ (Hebrews 13:8). Furthermore, the Bible says God has appointed a day of judgment, confirmed by the resurrection of Jesus Christ (read Acts 17:31).

The resurrection is the undeniable proof that the Lord Jesus is the appointed Judge. Believing in this truth excludes the idea of reincarnation. Some misunderstand the words of the Master about John the Baptist, calling him โ€œElijah.โ€ He didnโ€™t mean Elijah reincarnated as John the Baptist; rather, He meant that John the Baptist came in the power and spirit of Elijah (Luke 1:13-17). If Elijah himself were to appear again, he would still be Elijah, not John.

The Bible also speaks of two witnesses who will minister in Israel during the last days, and many believe one of them will be Elijah, since he never died but was taken alive to heaven (2 Kings 2:11). When he appears, it will not be a reincarnation, but Elijah himself manifesting again according to Godโ€™s plan.

How about Moses? The Bible says he died and God Himself buried him (Deuteronomy 34:5-6). Yet, he appeared with Elijah on the Mount of Transfiguration with the Lord Jesus (Matthew 17:1-3). That wasnโ€™t reincarnation either; it was Moses in a glorified, transfigured body, demonstrating the resurrection power of God. Hallelujah!

๐Ÿ™PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the assurance of eternal life through the Lord Jesus Christ. I live in the reality of His resurrection power and look forward with joy to the glorious rapture of the Church and resurrection of the saints. Thank you for the truth of your Word that has made me free to live joyfully in the love, joy, peace, and dominion of your righteousness, in Jesusโ€™ Name. Amen.

TOPICโœจTRUTH IS THE WORD OF GODโœจ

๐Ÿ“– Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth (John 17:17).

The world doesnโ€™t know what truth is. In fact, when Jesus stood before Pilate and declared that He came to bear witness to the truth, Pilate was confused and asked, โ€œWhat is truth?โ€ (John 18:38). But the Lord Jesus already gave the answer; truth is the Word of God. To live in the truth, therefore, is to live in the Word just as walking in the truth is walking in the Word.

Thatโ€™s why you must open yourself to the ministry of the Holy Spirit to teach you Godโ€™s truths. Heโ€™s the Spirit of truth sent by the Father to guide you into all truth (John 16:13). He unveils the truth about life, about God, about the Kingdom, and about you. He unveils the realities of life to you, and truth is reality.

Facts may change, but truth is eternal. And the key to becoming truth-conscious is meditating on the Word. As you meditate on the Word, your spirit is trained and filled with truth, making it a trustworthy guide. The Word youโ€™ve deposited into your spirit becomes readily available, always present, always alive and ready to rise to the surface whenever you need it.

Therefore, live in the truth by living the Word. Living the Word is doing the Word. Weโ€™re Word practitioners, and thatโ€™s where the blessing is: โ€œBut be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selvesโ€ฆ But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deedโ€ (James 1:22-25).

๐Ÿ™ CONFESSION
I live in the truth, walk in the truth, and meditate daily on the truthโ€”Godโ€™s Word. And by the Spirit of truth, Iโ€™m guided in Godโ€™s perfect will for my life, manifesting fruits and works of righteousness as I live in the consciousness of my heritage, blessings and divine realities in Christ Jesus.
