President Bola Tinubu has granted clemency to Maryam Sanda, who was sentenced to D£ in 2020 for k'lling her husband, Bilyaminu Bello, during a domestic dispute.

By virtue section 175 of the 1999 Constitution
The president has the power to grant presidential pardon to any one at all, regardless of the crime They commit.

Even if it's a murd£r case, once the president grants you that pardon

Atanda, someone h@cked my business WhatsApp account and collected huge m0ney from three of my contacts that i have a closed business deal with already.

What was left was for me in our chat was to send my account details for them to send money to close the deal

The sc@mm£rs read the msg and sent them a different account details which belongs to a POS operator and they are claiming i have to deliver the goods to them or refund them their money or else they will sue me

Although they complained in the chat the account is different from my business name but the sc@mm£rs convinced them they should send it there and since they believe i am the one they were chatting with, they sent the money

Other customers called me to confirm before sending the money and that was the reason they did not fall into their hands

How will i pay for what i know nothing about, they should have called me too just as others did

Pls what is the position of the law on this matter Atanda.

If your parents paid your school fees up to SS3 level and even higher institutions, pls call them this morning and thank them because, the law did not ask them to train you up to the level

Wetin law talk be say, after JSS3, if your parents does not have the capacity to train you further in school, make them carry you go put for where you go learn hand work (trade)

In fact, the law did not ask your parents to pay your schoo fees at alll cos, basic education is the responsibility of the Government from primary level to Junior secondary level and it is basically FREE.

For that reason, no court in Nigeria can compel you as a man to pay your children's school fees because, it is basically the responsibilities of the Government.
Na you know wetin make you go put ur pikin for private School when the government has provide FREE education in public schools.
