Atanda, i got into this space 2021 and i paid 200k as rent.
2022. My Land increased the rent to 300k.
2023, he increased it to 450k.
2024, hw increased it to 650k.
2025, he increased it to 900k.
And he just brought a letter now again saying that he wants to increase the rent to 1.3 Million Naira

Seems he is taking us for a fool now,
Every year rent increment

Pls, i want to know if i can challenge him in court over this recent increment and using other increment he made in the past as Evidence

I went to his house to beg him to ay least give me till December so I can sell December market since most of my customer's know me there

Atanda, my dad is a pastor and he was arrested because he saw a vision to one of his member that her child will get missing on the first week of October and she had to pray hard to avert that prophecy and do one or two things too.

Coincidentally Atanda, the child got missing day before yesterday and the husband reported the matter to the police

The police invited my dad and my dad reconfirmed to them that he saw the vision.

They detained him as a prime suspect.

The Police say they will forward the matter to the court

Today, the Federal High Court in Abuja again begged Nnamdi Kanu, to enter his defence

You may wonder why the court is begging Nnamdi Kanu to enter defence and may want to ask Atanda what it means

The reason is simple,
In the interest of fair hearing, the court has a responsibility to give Nnamdi more grace to change his mind, so that Nnamdi kanu and the public will not say that the court denied him or deprive him of his right to fair hearing when the court finally pass judgement.

Justice James Omotosho, told Nnamdi Kanu the implication of his continuous refusal to open his defence,
The judge urged him to consult legal experts for appropriate guidance.

But Nnamdi Kanu still maintain his stand. He says;

My lord, the very charge upon which the entire ruling was based, does not exist.

As the matter be now

After the next court sitting, the court may close the opportunity for Nnamdi Kanu to enter defence.
