WHY CONSTANT EATING MAKES YOU AGE FASTER
You think youāre feeding your body.
But what if youāre actually aging it?

Every time you eat ā bread, biscuits, juice, or even that āsmall chopsā between meals your body releases a hormone called insulin.
Insulinās job is to help your cells absorb sugar from your blood to use for energy.
