Dear God, as we step into this Tuesday, we surrender our plans, desires, battles, and uncertainties into Your hands.

Cover everyone and their loved ones under Your protection.

Nothing gives a driver more pride than watching those working under him truly learn the craft.

During my routine on-the-road inspection today, my motor boy walked up to me and said,

"Oga, one of our center bolts has cut off."

What made me proud wasn't just that he found it—it was *how* he found it.

He didn't need to see the broken piece lying on the ground. Just by noticing how the leaf spring had shifted position, he instantly knew what was wrong.

In heavy-duty trucking, knowing how to drive is only half the job.

Real skill is in troubleshooting, paying attention to the small details, spotting a shifted axle or a loose spring, and catching a problem before it turns into a major breakdown or an accident on the highway.

Growth in this line of work comes step by step, and seeing that mechanical sharp-eye develop is pure joy.
