A founder once asked me this during an interview, genuinely curious how I juggle admin work, meetings, and project updates without dropping the ball.

I smiled and said, ''With the right tools, I make time work for me and not against me. A combination of digital tools and time-blocking techniques does the magic.🪄"

Here are my go-to time management sidekicks:

🗂️ Trello – Keeps client projects organized and easy to visualize.

📅 Google Calendar – I time-block everything. No surprises.

⏱️ Clockify – Tracks every task so I know where my hours go.

These aren’t just my tools, they help my clients stay organized and stress-free too. Because when I’m on top of time, so is their business.

I’ve never been a fan of the saying “you win some, you lose some.”

It makes failure feel final, like that’s the end of the story.

But what if we shifted that mindset?

What if, instead of seeing losses as defeat, we saw them as feedback, A lesson. A stepping stone.

Because every setback holds a seed of growth, if we’re willing to learn from it.

So this week — win some, learn some — you're still making progress.

I used to think I was raising my kids.
But somewhere along the way… they started raising me.

They taught me how to slow down.
To laugh with my whole belly.
To forgive quickly and love freely.

Motherhood has changed me in the most unexpected ways.
It turned a tired woman into a softer one.
A busy soul into a present heart.

We're growing together, just in different directions.
And that’s the most beautiful part of this journey.
