After taking the delivery at 3am.
I had to feed and assist in Caring for the baby because mother was alone and needs to rest.
Me on the other hand was exhausted…

An emergency C/s was done…. She was in labor for hours then when it was time she was exhausted and too to tired to bear ...

An emergency C/s was done…. She was in labor for hours then when it was time she was exhausted and too to tired to bear Down. Imagine monitoring labor progress for 12hrs and ended up in C/S due of maternal exhaustion.
That’s why the midwife always advise “Do not shout practice deep breathing during labor; do not shout so as to conserve the energy for the main deal(Push).
