โ€ข Moroccoโ€™s appeal to strip Senegal of the AFCON title, rejected, Senegal remain champions.

โ€ข Senegal fined $615k
โ€ข Coach Pape Thiaw banned 5 CAF matches + $100k fine
โ€ข Ndiaye & Sarr banned 2 CAF matches each
โ€ข Morocco fined $315k

โ€ข Achraf Hakimi has been suspended for two official CAF matches for unsporting behaviour, with one match suspended for one year.

Young Senegalese President Shows Levels

Young Senegalese President, His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye, has rewarded the Teranga Lions in a big way after their AFCON victory.

According to reports, each player will receive โ‚ฃ75 milli0n CFA and a 1,500mยฒ plot of land in Dakar.
Members of the Senegalese Football Federation are also getting โ‚ฃ50 milli0n CFA each, plus 1,000mยฒ of land.

Other members of the delegation were not left out, theyโ€™re set to receive โ‚ฃ20 milli0n CFA and 500mยฒ of land each.
