I care about how things feel when people use them. Most systems fail quietly not because people aren’t smart, but because the tools around them were never built with real human lives in mind. I work with technology, but I think about people first. How small frustrations pile up and turn into burnout. This space is where I think out loud about clarity, systems, and building things that actually support people especially those navigating work, growth, and identity across different places and cultures. I believe there’s power in the diaspora. In shared experience. In building calmly, intentionally, and together without noise or rush.
