I Was Addicted to M@sturbation for Two Years — Flavour

Singer, Flavour revealed that there was a period in his life when he struggled with m@sturbation addiction, he said during a TikTok live session with friends that the habit started after he lost his virginity and later lost contact with the woman involved. He had no s+xual partner at the time so he turned to m@sturbation, which eventually became an addiction after a friend introduced him to Mapouka dance videos from Congo.

He admitted that the addiction lasted for about two years and became so severe that he felt ashamed and found it difficult to relate normally with friends, even during everyday activities like watching football.

He also disclosed that at one point, he “even used liquid soap” while struggling with the addiction.

Flavour said he first sought help from his mother’s pastor, whom he described as a Guidance and Counselling expert. According to him, the pastor prescribed a “21-day fast” along with prayer points, but the addiction returned just days after completing the exercise.

Flavour said he later confided in a bassist he played music with, who believed the problem was linked to his youth and lack of regular s+xual activity. The bassist reportedly took him to a brothel and paid for him to have s+x with a woman there.

According to him, he began to spend money he earned from playing musical instruments on weekly visits to brothels, a decision that eventually helped him overcome the addiction, He said.
