The call came from my father's old phone number… but my father had been dead for 12 years.

At exactly 2:17 a.m., my phone started ringing.

I almost ignored it.

Then I looked at the screen.

The name displayed was DAD.

My heart stopped.

That number had been disconnected shortly after my father's burial.

I answered.

For almost five seconds, there was complete silence.

Then I heard a man's voice whisper:

“Don't open the door.”

I froze.

“Dad?”

No answer.

Then came three knocks on my bedroom door.

Knock.

Knock.

Knock.

I couldn't move.

I lived alone.

The voice came through the phone again.

This time, it sounded terrified.

“He's already inside.”

The call ended.

Then I heard footsteps coming from my kitchen.

I quickly locked myself in the bathroom.

Just as I reached for my phone to call the police, the number called again.

DAD.

I answered with trembling hands.

This time, I heard something that made my blood run cold.

It was my own voice coming from the other end.

Whispering:

“Don't come out until 3:00 a.m.”

I looked at the time.

2:59 a.m.

Then someone slowly turned the bathroom door handle.

3:00 a.m.

The handle stopped.

Everything became silent.

Then I received one final message from my father's number:

You can come out now. I'm sorry I couldn't save you.

I still don't know who was in that house that night.

But the next morning, I discovered something that made the whole thing even more terrifying…

My father's old phone was buried with him.

So tell me…
