Seasoning cubes popularly called maggi 😁 is it healthy or not?
The fact is this seasoning cubes is safe and healthy for consumption,it is made from natural herbs and spices except for the MSG found in some of them which are considered unsafe for humanif consumed in excess.Seasoning cubes are used to enhance the flavor and taste of foods however the problem is excess consumption of maggi, you'll see someone used 5 to 6 çubes of maggi to cook small portion of food not knowing that he or she is exposing his internal organs to danger
In conclusion while using maggi to enhance the taste of your food ensure you use in moderation, don't go and pack terra,Gino max, chicken flavor inside your meal minimize it according to the portion of your meal
Note moderation is key to whatever we consume

Never knew rat eats pepper until I came Lagos state. Yesterday I bought some fresh pepper I was unable to finish the pepper so I kept the remaining ones by the window side only for me to wake up the next day and discovered that rat finished the pepper remaining one 😂😂 I no no whether na to vex .pls how true is this? Shey rat dey chop fresh pepper ni 😁😁😁
