Today isn’t just the first day of my birth month. It marks 5 years since I made one of the best decisions of my life — choosing myself.

Five years ago, I made a difficult decision that changed the entire course of my life.

I chose life. Peace. Freedom. And me.

I didn’t just heal.
I rebuilt myself — and today, I help others heal, rebuild and find their way back to themselves too.

What was once a painful chapter became part of my purpose.
