ADVANTAGES OF COUGHING PROPERLY.
The coughing into a curved elbow, tisue paper or handkerchief regulation was made popular during this Covid-19 period to reduce the spread but in fact, this three ways also do a lot of good for us esspecially when we're in public areas.
1: When you cough in any of this ways you reduce the noise caused by the cough.
2: You avoid embaracment as no body sees the full view of your face expression
3: You avoid spreading droplet & borne infections like cough, cataah, TB etc.
