What really pained me from the brother who tried to insult me last week is that he knew me while we still in school.

In fact, we were in the same department and he would teach us math and help us prepare for our exams in Statistics department back then.

He was a bright and excellent student, and I respected him.

Everyone is done with school now and we're walking different paths.

But I don't know why he decided to play mischief with me.

Here's another person, this time, my coursemate, someone who he knows very well too...

He didn't insult me, he didn't let over-familiarity from school blind him.

And I did NOT even pity him as my coursemate and friend.

He came and paid for my program and started working.

Today, he even got paid before me.

This month, he has done more than $100

Something he paid just N20,000 for....

All I have always said is that you will never regret spending 90 days with me.

Mon€y will be made if you stick with me.

We already know what to do to stay fit and healthy.

But why is it hard to get started, or continue going after we're started???

Well, there's a whole topic of psychology on why we don't do what is really beneficial to our health.

We want easy things, quick fix and just push a button and it's all done. But we all know nothing good comes easy...
It doesn't have to be really difficult, but it's usually not easy.

Here's the trick: if you want to achieve something, put yourself in an environment where people who have achieved that result and people who want to achieve that result are in.

Your environment is stronger than your self -will.

Get in a fitness group. Get a trainer or diet instructor or consultant.

Get your friends to signup with you so that even if you don't wanna do it sometimes, they can somehow coax you to do it.

That's the best way to always be on your grind with health and other areas.
