The person in the first picture is Benkingsley Nwashara and I know some of you might not know his story with the little girl, while many others should or might remember.

His story will be retold here very soon for those that might not be aware of who he is, but before then 👇🏾

Benkingsley picked up this little girl in the picture in Agbani, Enugu, where she was abandoned by her mentally-ill mother and since then he has been taking care of the child. He rescued the child who was said to be about 2 years then and adopted her as his daughter.

Now this is Ben and the little girl as of today and i’m just wondering how many of us would have done what Ben did.
I really stared at this beautiful intelligent girl today and I couldn’t but imagined what her life would or might have become if not for Ben.

Because of him, this little girl that was hopelessly abandoned now has a life. A constant reminder that the sole meaning of life is to serve humanity. ❤️❤️

Matters arising!
According to reports, late Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo first sought medical attention in October 2025 after reportedly noticing bl00d in his urine.

It was further reported that an MRI scan carried out in January 2026 revealed a mass in his left kidney, leading to the surgical removal of the kidney on March 2, 2026.

Reports also state that his condition deteriorated on April 1, 2026, after which he remained hospitalized until his passing.

He was said to have been battling Stage IV metastatic kidney cancer.

The reports further claim that Anwuli had no involvement in his illness, contrary to allegations reportedly made by some of Alexx Ekubo’s relatives.

Additionally, it has been alleged that Alexx Ekubo’s biological parents separated when he was a toddler due to allegations of infidelity involving his mother, who reportedly relocated back to Nigeria about two years before his death.
