Her husband cut her ki&&Ing another man and this happened Veteran Nollywood actress, Rose Odika, has opened up about how her marriage negatively affected her career in the movie industry.

Speaking during a video interview on Talk To B Podcast on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, the actress explained that her husband’s constant disapproval of her profession created conflicts that eventually led to their separation.

Odika, who has been a respected figure in Yoruba Nollywood, revealed that she initially tried to balance her passion for acting with her marital responsibilities.

However, her husband’s resistance to her involvement in films made the journey difficult and strained their relationship beyond repair.

“He said okay if that will give you happiness I said fine I went back to the stage but still there was a lot of challenges which eventually made us go our separate ways,” Odika recalled.

She explained that her husband’s actions constantly disrupted her work and made it impossible for her to progress in her career.

The actress narrated how her husband would storm film sets uninvited, interrupting productions and embarrassing her in front of colleagues. “Sometimes when I’m shooting maybe they are about taking my clothes off. He will just walk in.

He will just jump in like we are recording. He will just come inside. It’s enough. It’s enough. He’s going home. And they won’t take the closeup,” she said.

Odika added that there were moments when his actions went beyond interruptions and turned into public scenes. She cited one incident where he dragged her out of a movie set during a romantic scene. “There was a time he bumped on me.

I was on set with somebody and we were supposed to kiss. He dragged me on set. We didn’t finish that work. And by so doing people said if they want to call me for a script don’t call us. So the job stopped. Nobody calls me for jobs again,” she lamented.

According to her, the repeated disruptions eventually discouraged producers from offering her roles, as they feared her husband’s interference.

This, she admitted, caused a major setback in her acting career and pushed her into a corner where she felt she had to make a tough decision.

Although her husband later promised to control his behavior, Odika revealed that the damage had already been done. “He now said okay he will control himself. Along the line I had my baby. My baby was one year and two months when we separated. I could not take it anymore,” she said.

She further explained that walking away from the marriage was the only option left for her to regain her peace of mind. “Before he came back one day, I just left because I needed sanity. I just need my mind to be settled. I would just die in this thing if I stayed,” the actress explained.

Reflecting on her experience, Odika used the platform to caution others against staying in toxic marriages. She emphasized that no one should sacrifice their happiness, career, or peace of mind for a relationship that drains them.

“So please, for people listening, no need of toxic marriage. It’s not worth it. It’s not worth your life,” she concluded, urging people to prioritize their wellbeing over societal pressures to remain in troubled unions.marrige is not easy just try Ur best and leave the rest for God

This woman was rap,,,,,,,ed and was ruched to the hospital you won't believe what the nurse incharge of her case asked her

Actress Elvina Ibru has spoken publicly about a disturbing encounter during a robbery at her boyfriend's home, where she was sexually assaulted by armed robbers.

During an interview on With Chude, Elvina described how she went to the hospital for treatment following the assault, only to face an upsetting experience with one of the nurses.

She said the nurse, a fellow woman, asked her an inappropriate question about what she had been wearing during the incident. Elvina expressed her disbelief and disappointment at the nurse's remark.

In her words: “When I got to the hospital, a nurse actually asked me, ‘Madam, when the man r***d you, what were you wearing?’ I couldn’t believe a woman could ask that. I looked at her and said, ‘What has that got to do with anything?’”

This woman was paid 300'000 thousand naria to kpai a nurse in the hospital were she works what a weaked world

According to a report by Vanguard on the 1st of August, 2025, David Moses, the school security guard arrested over the murder of a 14-month-old pupil and a nurse at Clear Hope Foundation Academy in Dawaki, Abuja, has confessed to the crime while expressing regret and disbelief at his own actions. Speaking to newsmen after his arrest, Moses claimed this was his first involvement in such a heinous act.

“The truth is I have never killed or kidnapped before. I have never done such a thing,” Moses said. “This was the first time someone pushed me into any evil act,” he added, suggesting he was manipulated by his now-fugitive accomplice, Sunday.

Pressed about his relationship with the murdered nurse, Moses described her as kind-hearted and generous. “There’s no relationship. The woman has been nice to me. In fact, that very day, she gave me ₦300 to buy food. She had been giving me money to eat even before then,” he said, visibly shaken by the memory.

The contrast between the suspect’s confession and the nurse’s reported kindness has intensified public anger and confusion over how such a crime could have occurred. Many have questioned how someone entrusted with children’s safety could turn around to commit such an act, especially against someone who had shown him compassion.

Meanwhile, the FCT Police Command has reaffirmed its commitment to tracking down the second suspect, Sunday, who remains on the run. The investigation is still ongoing, and authorities say more arrests could follow as new details emerge.. Mr Peter Obi has done it again his going to be the nest president of Nigeria

Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has reacted to the renaming of Charly Boy Bus Stop and other landmarks in Lagos, describing the development as irrelevant considering the country’s worsening economic conditions.

Recall that the Bariga Local Council Development Area (LCDA) recently decided to rename several public places, including the popular Charly Boy Bus Stop, now called Olamide Baddo Bus Stop in honour of music star Olamide Gbenga Adedeji.

The move led to outrage among citizens, many of whom called for a reversal.

Obi, during a recent interaction with veteran entertainer Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, said he considered such actions unimportant in the face of poverty and hardship facing millions of Nigerians.

“To me, it is totally irrelevant when you have millions of people who don’t know where their next meal will come from,” he said.

The former governor of Anambra State recalled that during his time in office, he refused to name any public facility after himself or allow anyone else to do so, despite multiple suggestions.

“I built a facility in a hospital, and the owner said it should be named after me or my mother. I declined. I never commissioned any project or named anything after myself because they were done with public money. That’s why some people say I didn’t do much publicity as governor.”

Obi added that if elected president in the future, his approach would remain the same—focused on functionality, not personal recognition.

“Even when I become President, my name is not going to b written on those sigh facilities

IN A MARRIAGE,WHEN A MARRIAGE FALLS NO BODY WINS AND NO ONE IS TO BE BLAMED FOR OT BECAUSE MARRIAGE IS NOT A COMPETITION

Actress Motilola Akinlami has spoken about her failed marriage with a strong sense of personal responsibility, stating that "when a marriage fails, no one wins." She rejected the common practice of blaming one person, arguing instead that both partners must accept their role in what happened.

According to a video from Biola Adebayo Ent., her admission that she "should have been more patient" and that her own assumptions played a part is a clear example of her taking accountability. By stating, "It takes two to build, it took two to destroy," she shows the importance of owning one's mistakes. This perspective is a valuable lesson in how to handle personal failure with honesty and maturity.

Motilola Akinlami said, “In a marriage, when a marriage fails, nobody wins. I don't know how people see it as a competition, something we have both agreed to do and now it has failed. We're both at fault. We walked into this with our eyes wide open. It takes two to tango.

Believe me, there's no blame shifting here. If you wanted it to fail, why didn't I make it right? If I wanted it to fail, why didn't you make it right? So there's no point when a marriage fails. It takes two to build, it took two to destroy. That's it. So I always own up to my part in the whole thing. With the benefit of hindsight, I should have been more patient. I should have been more tolerant. Patience basically. I think that was the only virtue that I really lacked. You don't need to blame each other for not working out the difference in your marriage

If is not working then fine
