Protest by the APC Members in Agbado oke-odo over the result of the APC Chairmanship primaries held on Saturday, 10th May 2025 at the APC State Secretariat, Acme road.

While the Jimoh Ishola Abiodun popularly called Ejigbadero was announced the winner, the protesting APC members affirmed that most of the delegates actually voted the out-going Chairman, Hon David Famuyiwa.

The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party has appointed Umar Damagum, to oversee the affairs of the party in acting capacity. National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Debo Ologunagba, announced this at a press conference on Tuesday, at the party’s secretariat. Damagun will replace Iyorchia Ayu as the national chairman of the party. Recall that a High Court in Makurdi, the Benue state capital, had restrained embattled Ayu from parading himself as chairman of the party pending the determination of the substantive suit which has been adjourned to April 17, 2023 for hearing....

A Federal High Court in Abuja has struck out a case filed by the Action Peoples Party (APP)seeking to nullify the candidature of Bola Tinubu as 2023 presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC). The Supreme Court on Monday, 21st November has directed the retrial of the case between Otunba Jimi Lawal vs PDP, Adebutu for the determination of the authentic delegates of the party. The appellate court had reserved judgement till Monday following the hearing and adoption of processes by counsels to parties in the suit last Tuesday. Reacting to the judgement, the Media Director Ladi Adebutu Campaign Organization, Afolabi Orekoya said the judgement has just given the party another opportunity to have the Court correct the wrongs at the lower court by the determination of the authentic delegates of the party....
