Too much of everything is completely bad, cus what do we call this now eeeeh, could it be the breweries itself. Nawa ooo, abeg make una try dey check the percentage of alcohol for una body to avoid had I known.

No gain in taking alcohol, but if you must take, just 2 to 3 bottles should be okay. But instead of beer, why not make it original spanish sweet or soar red wine, champagne, or better still drink enough water regularly 👍.

High level of alcohol in one's body is very very risky and can lead to so many underlying health issues both short-term effects which includes changes in mood, weakens immune, mis- coordination and perception and long-term misuse can cause liver disease, heart problem, cancer and mental health issues.

Please becareful out there and drink Responsibly.
