A few things Iā€™m thankful for this year so far:

1. Iā€™m thankful for the little seemingly inconsequential things I got to enjoy-good food, money to sort myself out when I needed it, safe going and coming, good health and full laughter.

2. Iā€™m thankful my life has been filled with relief and the strength to keep at itā€”that my heart didn't ache from too much worry and sadness, nor did it race out of anxiety and fear of not getting the things I wanted out of life.

3. Iā€™m thankful for the amazing relationships that have thrived this year and all the amazing experiences I have had so far.
