“She said it felt so relaxing..… finally having someone who truly understands her TTC and IVF journey.”

For years she carried confusion, fear, and unanswered questions.
But in just one IVF Clarity Session, she walked away not only feeling understood—but also equipped with the exact knowledge she needs to boost her chances of success.

💬 “I finally feel seen, heard, and prepared. This changed everything for me.”

Sis, this could be your story too. Don’t keep struggling in silence when clarity is just one step away.

When we first started, her biggest fear was: “Will I even have any embryos to transfer?”

Today, my hands were shaking as I read her message—her PGT-A results are out and they were successful. Five perfect male embryos,
female embryos okay.

She cried tears of joy, and I cried too, because I know where we started from.

The truth is, IVF is not just about science—it’s about hope, clarity, and courage. Every small step forward is worth celebrating, because it means you are closer than you think.

And to every woman waiting, hoping, and praying for a positive result—I am praying with you.
May your tears of fear turn into tears of joy. May your miracle come, step by step, until you finally hold your baby in your arms

Many women believe prolactin doesn’t matter if you’re using donor eggs. The truth? Prolactin mainly affects ovulation, but when levels are very high, it can also disrupt your uterine lining and implantation. That means—even with perfect donor eggs, success isn’t guaranteed if your womb isn’t receptive.

So before your embryo transfer, always ask about prolactin and treat it if needed. In IVF, no detail is too small when everything is at stake.

💔 5 IVF cycles before 26 (My youngest client so far)

One miracle baby. One heartbreaking loss at 20 weeks. Three failed transfers. Preparing for her 6th…..

What we uncovered during her clarity session shocked even her: silent culprits that sabotage implantation and IVF success.

✨ This is why IVF is more than “just trying again.”
✨ This is why knowledge is power.
✨ This is why you must work with your fertility team, not just through them.

At first, she was reluctant... tired of tests, tired of delays. But I insisted because of her history..... . She ran a full hormonal profile and there it was…
Prolactin: 49.43 ng/ml (far above normal)
Untreated Hydrosalpinx..... and other hidden blockers...

These conditions could have silently destr0yed her next transfer. Now, with clarity, she can take the right steps to heal, balance, and prepare before her 6th IVF attempt.

The lesson here:📌

IVF success isn’t just about “trying again.”

Rushing into cycles without full assessment increases heartbreak.

✅ Always advocate for yourself.
✅ Always work as a team with your healthcare provider.
✅ Always remember: knowledge is a game-changer in IVF.

Many women lose pregnancies not because of IVF failure or poor eggs… but because the cervix opens too soon.
It’s called cervical insufficiency. And sometimes, the answer is a stitch — cervical cerclage.
Here’s what you need to know if you’re TTC, preparing for IVF, or navigating a high-risk pregnancy.

She was one of the very first 3 women who trusted me enough to book an IVF Clarity Session.....

She came in with fear, questions, and so much uncertainty about what IVF would hold for her.

Together, we created a plan, cleared the myths, and gave her the clarity + confidence she desperately needed.

Fast forward to today… she’s 7 weeks pregnant!

But in the middle of all the joy, she experienced bleeding. And if you’ve ever been there, you know that sinking fear that grips your heart

This is the reality so many women face in early pregnancy...especially after IVF. The excitement, the anxiety, the constant prayers, the “what ifs”… it’s a rollercoaster.

But here’s what I believe, and I’ll say it over her life (and yours too):
👉🏽 Bleeding or not, you will carry to term.
👉🏽 Fear or not, your baby will stay.
👉🏽 By God’s grace, you will hold your testimony in your arms. 🙏🏽

To every woman on this journey: I pray God protects every womb, every heartbeat, and every dream.

Failed IVF cycle??
Mama, I know this hurts. But here’s what you can do to heal and get ready for your next cycle:

1️⃣ Feel your feelings — cry, journal, vent. It’s okay to grieve.

2️⃣ Take a break — mental and physical rest is essential.

3️⃣ Seek support — talk to your partner, a fertility coach, or a support group.

4️⃣ Reassess your IVF plan — review with your doctor what worked and what didn’t.

5️⃣ Be kind to yourself — self-compassion is key.

Failing a cycle isn’t the end. It’s part of your journey, and your next step can be stronger and wiser. ..
Wipe those tears because you're going to be a mum...

Tag a TTC/IVF sister who needs this reminder.”

IVF Pregnancy— Seeing bl00d can be scary... but not all bleeding is dangerous.

✅ Light brown spotting: Often normal .. implantation or old blood. Rest and monitor

⚠️ Bright red, heavy bleeding, cramps, clots, dizziness: Go to the hospital immediately.

Many IVF mamas bleed early and still carry healthy pregnancies. The key is knowing when to watch and when to act.

Tag a TTC/IVF sister — this could save her from panic.”
