*SIGNS, PATTERNS & INTERPRETATIONS OF UNHEALED TRAUMA - PART 3*
In view, this week, is Behavioral signs and Interpretations of Unhealed Trauma.
*Behavioral signs* include but not limited to the following;
1. Avoiding people, places, or situations that remind you of something painful
2. Self-sabotage (pushing away good relationships, procrastination, risky choices)
3. People-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries
4. Using coping habits that numb pain (overworking, substance use, excessive scrolling, etc.)
*REACTIONS*
*Behavior patterns*
1. Do you avoid certain people, places, or situations without fully explaining why?
2. Do you push away good opportunities or relationships?
3. Do you find it hard to say no or set boundaries?
*INTERPRETATIONS*
How to interpret your answers
1. Mostly “no” → trauma patterns likely aren’t a major driver right now
2. Mix of “sometimes” → there may be mild or situational unresolved stress
3. Many “yes” (especially across different sections) → strong chance of unprocessed trauma influencing your patterns.
If No 1 - Mind the boundaries.
If it's Nos 2&3, seek professional help immediately.
