Another thing to desist from this year is Free things.

I didn't say is not good to enjoy freebies ooo,but what am saying is that don't rely on free things. In every class or free training you attend there is always something to pay for.

Stop brain picking is a very bad idea.

Stop joining free training without having it at the back of your mind to pay for the offer of the trainer.

I have see someone dropping her account number online for free money while paying the money in spirit realm.

You see the habit of dropping your account details online for free money stop it ,may we not exchange our glory for peanut .

Remember in any free offers there is something to always pay for.

Desist from freebies mindset.

Grab your sit and read to the end.

Amaka, I know you have over 800 contact on your phone, these people are just there for contact gain.

They have never patronize your business or services before.

They have never refer your business to there friends or enemy before despite the fact that you always ask for referral.

My dear sister, sit down to delete this set of people from your phone.

Be intentional about the kind of contacts you will have In 2024.

I once attend a seminar where the speaker is asking us the attendees the number of contacts on our phone.

Some have over a thousand on the phone.

But when the speaker ask, out of this contact how many of this people can trust you to patronize your business that is when I know the meaning of quality contacts.

You cant continue this way in 2024.

Be intentional about the kind of people you mingle with .

Be scarce don't be everywhere.

Promise yourself to have only quality people on your list.

Look around you, WHAT IS IT THAT THING YOU CAN DO EFFORTLESSLY?

It doesn't matter how much you save .

What matters is what you do with your savings

Read it again.

Suzzy darling ,I know you are already thinking about how you will paint town red, pink and green because of your savings,but before you spend your hard earn savings this week give me 5 minutes of your time.

The one thousand daily you having been saving from January can really change your financial story but it depends on you.

It depends on how your financial literacy.

It is one thing to save with reason.

It is one thing to save with a target.

It is another thing to go back to square one.

Kunle, I know you are very good with keeping a percentage of your salary every month.

But before January 15th you will be singing sapa dey oooo.

That's is the reason I said it doesn't matter how much you save this year, what really matters is what you do with your savings.

Some of you will be open your piggy banks this week.

Some of you will will be withdraw your money from the save apps this week or by 31st of December.

Please don't spend it recklessly.

There is something they called delay gratification let it guide you in this festive period.

That reason gangan you take save that money let it be the thing wey you go dey spend on .

If the savings is from your existing business take it back to the business to expand your business.

If there is something you lack in your business and you know by the time you purchase that particular appliance is going to reduce your stress and increase your profits go ahead and purchase it.

Be finacial prudent.

Spend with biro.

Anything not budget for, please don't buy.

Never take away the place of mentorship.

Be humble to learn.

If this is the only Goal you intend to achieve this month is enough.

Don't enter new year with gragra or the mindset of I too know.

Study the work of those of people who are in your niche that is doing better than you.

Reach out to them.

If they have books you need to buy, buy and read, implement and add your own spice to it.

There is always a senior man in every niche.

I remember when I stopped working from access bank.

I don't just go straight into business world, I learn keenly about the business I want to invest my money into.

I didn't say because I have the money I will just go to Lagos island to buy what I intend selling.

I learn the rudiments of the business and that's makes me to succeed at the business.

Some people have money but to humble themselves to learn has been the source of the there problem.

The journey might be successful on trial and error but do you have the finacial strength?

Some will just go into the business without proper feasibility study and you want to sell?

Some business people don't even know who there business serves.

Some people will even know who to serve but they don't know how to communicate the reason they should buy from them .

Aunty, it is one thing to have money it is another thing to calm down to learn the rudiments of the business you are investing your money into.

Calm down to learn.

I even advice to work with the person either been paid or not to learn.

It is not good to go back to square one because of your inability to calm down to learn about the business you are investing into.
