Let me tell you a story of “The Story of Forgotten Dreams”

My friend had lost her way. She had forgotten how to live, how to dream, and how to chase her passions. Life had become a monotonous routine, and she felt like she was just going through the motions. One day, she came to me and said, "I feel like I've lost myself. I don't know who I am anymore or what I want."

I shared with her the lessons I've learned about the power of moving forward, even in the face of challenges. I told her that when God calls us to go forward, He provides help, often from unexpected sources. I encouraged her to take small steps towards rediscovering herself and her dreams.

*The Effect of Speed*
As she began to move forward, she started to notice changes. She met new people, tried new things, and discovered new passions. And just like the lesson says, help came from unexpected places. She met a stranger who became a mentor, a friend who offered support, and a family member who provided guidance.

The moral of this story is that when we take the first step towards our dreams, God provides the help we need. It's not about the source of the help; it's about taking that first step. A girl, she was born and raised in the dark. She moved with her hands cause her feet cannot find the path.

A boy, he was born in the night, raised in the hands of an absent parent. An excuse for a living.

A friend, she saw what looked like love but then, she saw again, what looks like lies. A reason for separation.

A roommate, he saw abuse as a norm. Some punches here and there on a mother’s face. She in turn wagged her tongue even in tears. A reason for bitterness.

A lecturer, grew up in the slum, met a man who promised her love but yet gave her pain. A reason for resentment.

A doctor, left in the dumpster to rot, found by a stranger to nurse. Grew amidst the confusion of identity. A reason for heartbreak.

A teacher, who woke up in the arms of her dad. R***d and cursed to silence. Watch a preacher become the beast at home. A reason for unbelief.

The you, who questioned life everyday, separated reasons for delay, yet unexplainable backwardness ensues. A reason for depression

The life that came in these stories are one and the same.

I find the life we live amongst other mortals amusing. We live like we own ourselves, these lives.
