🚨𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀? 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝟯 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀! 🚨

As a Customer Relationship Manager, I get it – sometimes clients can be as tough as Monday mornings, and handling them is no easy feat. But there are three big things you should avoid if you want clients to stick around (and maybe even refer you). Here’s what to stop doing and start doing to grow your client base. 👇

1. 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧-𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧-𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜
You know the drill: “Sure, we can get that entire project to you by tomorrow!” When we overpromise, we end up stressing ourselves out, and clients don’t get what they expect. Instead, set a realistic timeline, then aim to over-deliver on quality. It’s better to have a happy client tomorrow than an upset one today.

2. 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙄𝙜𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙁𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠
Sometimes, feedback can feel like a pop quiz you didn’t study for. A client says, “This isn’t quite what I was looking for,” and our first thought is, “But we put so much into it!” But here’s the reality: taking feedback seriously can be the difference between a one-time client and a long-term partnership. Listen, adapt, and show them you’re dedicated to their needs.

3. 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣
Here’s a classic mistake: constantly pushing for a sale without building the relationship. When clients feel like they’re just another item on your “win list,” they’re more likely to look elsewhere. Instead, take time to understand their business and find ways to genuinely help. That added value shows you care about them, not just their money.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱?
👉𝑩𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕: Clients love honesty. Set clear timelines, and always aim to surprise them with quality over speed.

👉𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏 & 𝑨𝒅𝒂𝒑𝒕: Feedback can feel tough, but it’s actually a guide to better service. Listening to clients makes them feel valued and respected.

👉𝑭𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝑨𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆: Relationships last longer when clients feel supported. Be their go-to expert, not just another vendor.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR REASONS OR EXCUSES FOR NOT USING YOUR GIFTS TO SERVE HIM?

WHAT?"

These exact words were used to wake me up this morning by someone.

I cringed and shed a mild tear on sighting this because I knew there was a gifting I had put away for too long with silly excuses and here I was feeling really cool.

Let me be real with you here. God has given a lot of us talents that need to be used to impact and influence humanity for His kingdom sake. O! Yes.

Some of us have even used our gifting wrongly to please the world for its temporary rewards. A lot of souls are waiting for the manifestation of God through your gifting.

Lest you think of what people will say, remember that he did not think of what people will say before he traveled to Calvary and offered himself up for you.

Some of us are even ashamed to be labeled and tagged. Know this, your ego will not matter at the great seat of judgement.

What will matter that day will be souls won through your gifting and lives impacted.

Dear Believer,
Let the statement, 'YOU GO EXPLAIN TIRE, NO EVIDENCE not be your lot on that great day.

It's not too late to start using your gifting.☺️

🔥Go back to that unit in church. That brother Ikpangukwak or sister Ekwitos wronged you, doesn't give justice to you leaving. You came to serve God not man.

🔥Write that book/tell that story. There are many people who will just be saved by hearing that story or reading that Christian book.

There are things that you are being convicted about, now. Start NOW!
It may be too late tomorrow.🥶

Have you ever been at something and someone goes, "I love how you do XYZ and how you pay attention to every detail surrounding it"? A soul has been captured by your sermon of paying attention to details without you even saying a word.

Every day, with every action, we are preaching a sermon. Our lives, more than our words, communicate powerful messages to those around us. This isn’t just about grand gestures or public speeches; it’s about the subtle, everyday choices that reflect our true character and values.

Imagine Jane, a young professional who always goes the extra mile at work. 🆆🅷🆈 🅳🅴🆃🅴🆁🅼🅸🅽🅰🆃🅸🅾🅽?

In the heart of every great achievement lies a story of unwavering determination. Think of the inventor who faced countless failures before creating a breakthrough, or the athlete who endured years of training before tasting victory. These stories remind us that success is not always immediate, but it belongs to those who refuse to give up.

Consider the story of Thomas Edison, who famously said, 'I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work,' when referring to his attempts at creating the light bulb. Despite numerous setbacks, he persisted until he finally succeeded, illuminating the world in more ways than one.

Or think of J.K. Rowling, who faced rejection from multiple publishers before finding one willing to take a chance on her story about a boy wizard. Her determination to share her story with the world led to the creation of one of the most beloved book series of all time.

I personally spent 5 years for a 2 year course, I lost hope along the line but determination to learn, become better, grow and win or succeed as you may call it, kept me going. I still believed in getting to the finish line. I am glad to say, I came out on the winning side.

These examples teach us that determination is not just about working hard; it's about having the resilience to keep going, even when faced with obstacles. It's about believing in yourself and your vision, even when others doubt you. It's about understanding that failure is not the end, but a stepping stone on the path to success.
