Pastor and Soldiers Assault Muslim Family: Pregnant Woman Dragged, Niqabi's Head Broken During Eid Celebration In Iseyin
A grievous act has been committed in Iseyin, Oyo State and there is a need to take action. While many Muslim homes in Iseyin celebrated the last Eidul-Ad'ha, known as the Ileya Festival, the family of Mallam Sulaiman Abdulazeez faced a harrowing experience. Mallam Sulaiman and his two wives ended the day receiving treatment at Fadoks Hospital in Iseyin after being assaulted by Pastor Busari Stephen of Christ Apostolic Church, his soldier son Damilola Stephen, and several other soldiers.
We cannot hide behind our screens and keypads demanding for justice, we must be actively involved in seeking justice for our affected brothers and sisters. As it appears, the oppressors have the resources to make sure justice is not served.
Will you sit and do nothing? If you cannot be in Iseyin, will you not circulate this injustice so the world knows? If an Imam had broken the head of a deaconess, it would be heard in Rome that violent Muslims have started persecuting Christians in one town in Nigeria.
