There's money in everything but do you have the passion and skill set to command value that would bring you the money you desire out of that business?

Don't fall for the valuation that this business is more profitable than the other. Especially when you start comparing your career growth with others and start validating your success based off on others rather than your own individual progress

This doesn't mean that you should be blind to what the market is saying
(Demand and supply)

Keep your eye open for opportunities but stay authentic and create systems that would provide value that would make people want to part their money with you

How important are finances
in a relationship

Over time there has been tons of debates on how much money serves in a relationship. Should your partner be a turn off simply because they're not rich or have enough?
Wahala for who no get money Sha

Should you be more interested in their goals and dreams and try and build something together. As per bricklayer goals 🌚

Is it materialistic to just want to be spoilt in a relationship without having to go through unnecessary stress

Well there is no one answer fit all situation to be honest. It depends on individual preference.

It's not bad to want a financially stable partner, however just ensure that you're bringing something to the table. You will not be a parasite

Also note that staying with someone in a relationship when they have nothing is no where a guarantee that it would lead to a long lasting relationship. So by all means still look out for yourself.

A person can grow beyond who they currently are so if you strongly see healthy signs of growth in a person and choose to stick with the person regardless of societal expectations. You're not a fool.

Child s*x Education
How much of it did you get?

Appropriate s*x education for children at different age groups is necessary for proper development and growth but the question is are these conversations been had as often as they should.

Some parents in different family settings even shy away from calling s*xual organs their actual names for fear of feeding the child too much information. This actually does more harm than good.

It builds the belief that there's something sacred about having such conversations and make it weird for Growing adolescents to have open conversations on their s*xual explorations with their guardians but freely have such conversations with their peers who may not give them the best of advices

This also makes it difficult for Children to know how to run away from potential s*xual abusers and even more difficult to open up if they unfortunately fall victim.

Early s*x education also gives easy room to instill basic human values such an as the importance of consent in any form of relationship.

You need money
To make money

While the grass to grace story can be inspiring. The truth of the matter is that you need money to make money. It comes in the term we're all farmiliar with "Capital". It doesn't stop there...

some business ventures can be more or less capital intensive than the other, depending on the business model in question.

Some people have ideas but access to limited resources. While some have access to huge resources but are limited in thinking or creativity. Can you see this life is not balanced?

Some of us are fortunate to be born into
"Old Money" the best kind actually 😂😂
Where you come from a wealthy family or some sort of generational wealth.

If you come from such link or connection. Don't feel guilty. Maximize it to your very advantage and be strategic with your plans.
If you come from a less disadvantaged position all hope isn't lost. The best you can do is invest in yourself

What you lack in finance you can develop in the place of skill by sacrificing your time and energy. However not promising you, it would be easy. Neither is poverty anyways, so pick your struggle.

If you have access to numerous resources and you feel not innovative enough. It doesn't mean you're useless. Simply surround yourself with people smarter and more business orientated than you. However you should be able to at least grasp the basis then create a partnership based model.

It's either you have money or you have solution that make you valuable and sort after in the market.

(A Grave Danger)

This is the partial or total removal of the female ge***al organ simply to satisfy myths and cultural beliefs. such as preventing the girl child from being promiscous and tame her s*xuality

Amongst societal and cultural issues that does affects women. (FGM) is a serious issue that is not disscused enough.

More than 200 million girls and women alive today have been cut in 30 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia where FGM is concentrated . FGM is mostly carried out on young girls between infancy and age 15

FGM has no health benefits but only leads long term or short term physical health issues such as; Urinary tract infection, menstrual problems, child birth complications and many more.

It also leads to developing phsycological and emotional problems such as; Anxiety disorder, PTSD, Depression and the likes.

Types of Female Ge***al Mutilation

Incision refers to making cuts in the cl****is or cutting free the cl****al prepuce, but it also relates to incisions made in the vaginal wall and to incision of the perineum and the symphysis.

Deinfibulation refers to the practice of cutting open a woman who has been infibulated to allow in*******se or to facilitate childbirth.

Reinfibulation is the practice of sewing the external l***a back together after deinfibulation.

This is a gross violation of the human rights of the girl child. It still an ongoing practice in local communities and places. It's necessary the conversation is sparked up.

How to spot on red flags

You know the feelings of butterflies and stuttering of the heart when you just fall in love. Well breaking news dear that's not enough to sustain a long lasting relationship.

It's also very important to keep a clear head in order to be aware of toxic signs. Of course no one is perfect and we all have flaws. The question really is are you with someone who's open enough to admit their flaws and take actionable steps to be better.

Do you engage this person in intellectual conversations to get a sneak peak into how they Percieve the world or is it just fun and games?

What's the emotional state of your partner or potential lover?
Some ppl are dealing with past trauma that need healing. If not careful, such insecurities can be projected in your relationship. Do they need to heal as a person before getting into a relationship.

Always remember
You're not a rehabilitation center for anyone. Love unconditionally but also give yourself the respect you deserve

And value proposition when building a brand.

Sometimes starting a brand is like choosing to be mad in a supposed sane world because you're carving a different path unique to your journey, which not many people may understand at first.

What would help you in this season is your level of "self awareness" understanding what you hope to achieve and why you began the journey

This would then lead you to ask an important question.

What value are you providing with this service or product ?

Ultimately the market doesn't care about your dreams and aspirations. That's your personal concern.

What the market does care about is how you're able to identify a gap in the industry and provide a solution to that gap with your brand or business innovation.

Once you're able to consistently provide value over time in a way that your target audience understand. The ripple effect is you making impact and ultimately realising your personal brand goals.

The New Normal

We all get to a phase where life transitions beyond what we were formerly used to into new untested grounds.

For some people it could be a switch in career or finally taking a leap of faith in a new relationship or some sort of opportunity.
What ever it is a part of us still want to hold unto life as "we knew it"

Farmiliar grounds mean control, control means predictable expectations and that creates structure and plans. These give us a sense of responsibility and confidence.

However when all these things are non existent it breeds uncertainty. Which means you're not in control, like you ever where in the first place

Uncertainty doesn't provide comfort but it does leave enough room for discomfort which helps you grow. So accept that life may never be as you knew it but it doesn't mean there isn't something better in store for you on the long run.

1 Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
This is basically measure of your ability to comprehend and retain information on any subject as well as identify problems and provide solutions.

2 Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
This is your ability to understand, use and manage your emotions. Doing this In a positive way. it also regards your ability to be empathic towards people.

3 Social Quotient (SQ)
This is your ability to interact with people in social environments and manage relationships with people. You could call it having a sense of "human relations"

4 Adversity Quotient (AQ)
This is a measure of your ability to deal with life problems and challenges. These are often times where you have to be resilient.

Most times life situations would put you in positions where your intelligence would be tested. What better way to get over it than to know what you're dealing with and how to deal with it.

Drown the noise
And find your truth

There's so much advice and information out there on what to be and what not to be.
Steps to take and risks involved. Which is great but don't just get caught in a band wagon of ideas.

Remind yourself that not every idea that seems appealing is right or sometimes necessary for your growth. It may not be what you need in this moment or may simply not be for you at all.

So before you step into the world seeking for information amidst all the noise. Ask yourself why you're really in this, in the first place. What do you hope to achieve?

That would help you seive the information you need and that which you don't

The internet and social media is filled with great ideas and knowledge but is also filled with half baked thoughts and derailing information.

So once in a while learn to drown the noise and pay attention to your mind

It has been scientifically proven that different people comprehend information in different ways.

So in order for you to really enjoy the process of learning and adapting into new systems be it in school, work place or career path it's important to understand your unique way of studying.

This can also be the root cause, why a lot of people struggle with the traditional schooling system. It's inability to accommodate different systems of learning can be frustrating especially to young minds

1: visual learner's
These are the kind of learner's that comprehend information better when they can visualize the instructions be it through diagrams, charts, illustrations and basically any medium that appeals adequately to their sight

2: Auditory learner's
These are people who basically comprehend better when there is an audio explanation. Such people can learn a lot through conversations and group discussions. Having an audio book rather than printed text would also do you more good if you fall in this category

3 kinesthetic learner's
These are people who do best when they can participate in activities or solve problems in a hands on manner ( practicals and having a sense of experience)
