I’m convinced the people posting "aesthetic" Saturday mornings are actually actors. 🤫

They wake up at 6:00 AM, make a perfect matcha, and read a book in perfect morning light.

Meanwhile, I’m on my third hour of mindless scrolling, wearing a shirt from Thursday, eating cold toast. 😂

Grinding through the weekend" is a fast track to producing absolute garbage content. 🗑️

Your brain needs empty space to generate good ideas. If you work 7 days a week, you’re just recycling old thoughts. (This is the algorithm favorite food though,boring and recycling 😂) so we might just keep it up 😂 since we all are just working for the algorithm as creators.

At this point, we can rightly say "viral video" 4//owers are just people who escaped from a ghost town.😂

Ever wonder why your brain suddenly plays dead when it's time to do something important? 🧠💀

It’s not actually laziness. Your brain is biologically designed to save energy, so it throws a literal temper tantrum when you try to do hard work.

To bypass this, use the "5-Minute Rule." Tell your brain you are only going to work for five minutes, and then you can stop.

Once you lower the friction of starting, the brain calms down, and momentum takes over.
