STOP COVERING BABIES WITH TOO MUCH CLOTHES👇👇

Many parents believe that covering babies with many clothes, caps, socks, and blankets will make them stronger or prevent sickness.
But the truth is: too much clothing can be dangerous.

👉 Babies cannot control their body temperature like adults. If you overdress them, they can easily become too hot (overheating).
👉 Overheating can make the baby sweat, become restless, have rashes, or in very bad cases, it can increase the risk of Sudden Infant De@th Syndrome (SIDS).
👉 Being too hot does not make a baby strong it makes them uncomfortable and sometimes sick.

How to dress your baby properly:
• Dress the baby in one extra layer than what an adult would wear in the same weather.
• If the room is warm, light clothes are enough.
• Use a light blanket for sleep, not too many heavy wrappers.
• Always check the baby's chest or back (not the hands/feet) to know if they are too hot or too cold.

A comfortable baby is a healthy baby. Overdressing does not prevent sickness it only causes heat and problems.
