I never imagined that one day I would stop going to church.

There was a time I used to love church. I loved going to church like it was literally my second home. The day I missed church service, whether it was midweek or Sunday, something just didn’t feel right. I served in a unit and I loved doing God’s work. That was my own way of giving back through service, and I genuinely enjoyed it.

Then one day, everything changed. I lost the zeal to go to church. I honestly couldn’t explain what happened, but I just stopped feeling the need to be within the four walls of a church building. Anytime I tried going, my spirit wouldn’t connect. I would sit there, listen to everything going on, and still leave feeling empty.

It got to a point where I decided to start worshipping from home instead. I followed services online, listened to the Word again and again, worshipped, prayed and spent more time with God privately. Surprisingly, something began to change. I started experiencing the presence of God again. My spirit came alive again, and I started enjoying my time with God in a way I hadn’t experienced in a long time.

But the strang€ thing is, I never went back to church.

Not because church is bad. Not because I believe people shouldn’t go to church. I still believe in fellowship and I still respect the church. I just haven’t felt that connection to physically return yet, and I don’t want to force myself just because that is what I used to do.

So why am I sharing this?

Because I know there may be someone who is experiencing something similar and feels guilty about it. Maybe you used to be deeply involved in church, you used to serve, attend every service and genuinely enjoy it, and then suddenly something changed and you don’t even understand yourself anymore.

I’m not saying this is how everyone should live their Christian life. This is simply my own experience. For me, that season of worshipping from home helped me reconnect with God in a very personal way, and it reminded me that my relationship with Him is more than just showing up in a building.

I’m still figuring things out myself. I’m still seeking God, still learning and still growing. And maybe one day I will walk back into a church and feel that connection again. But for now, I’m grateful that even in that season when I felt disconnected, God still met me where I was. ❤️

Enjoy a pleasant week!

Earlier this year, I honestly wasn’t sure about this Yogofura business.

I am grateful I didn’t let fear stop me.

Would you try our Greek Yogofura?

A Customer Asked for Greek Yogofura…

She made a special request, so we created something NEW!

My Papa, Pastor Jerry ❤️

I honestly don’t even know where to start because “thank you” almost feels too small.

Thank you, Papa, for availing yourself for us and allowing God to use you so mightily. Thank you for teaching me how to pray, how to build my faith, and most importantly, how to remain consistent in the place of prayer even when I don’t see immediate results.

I can boldly say that something has indeed shifted in my life since the day I joined NSPPD. My prayer life, my faith, my expectations and even the way I approach God have changed.

Thank you for being a blessing to this generation. Thank you for carrying this assignment with so much passion and for constantly reminding us that God still answers prayers.

On this special day, I pray that the oil upon your head will never run dry. May God continually strengthen you, preserve you, increase you and keep you for us. May you never lack the grace to fulfil everything He has committed into your hands.

Papa, we dey pray, e dey show!

Happy birthday, Papa. I love you greatly , and I’m grateful to God for you. 🙏❤️

Earlier this year, I honestly wasn’t sure about this Yogofura business.

I kept asking myself, “Will people even buy this?” 😂

I already had Bree’s Bowl, I was making pap and other products, and then I started thinking about adding Yogofura. But starting something new when you’re not even sure how people will receive it can be scary.

I remember making those first batches and wondering if I was being too ambitious.

But I decided to try.

One order came. Then another. People started coming back. Some customers started recommending me to other people, and slowly, I began to realise that maybe this thing I was so unsure about actually had a place.

Then recently, I got an order that made me pause for a minute.

80 bottles of Yogofura for a party. 😭❤️

Eighty.

The same product I was once sitting down wondering if people would even buy.

And now someone trusted my brand to make 80 bottles for their special occasion.

I’m not sharing this because 80 bottles is the biggest order in the world. I’m sharing it because I remember where I started with this product.

Sometimes you really don’t know what can come from the thing you’re almost afraid to start.

So if there’s something you’ve been thinking about starting, maybe start small. You don’t have to know exactly where it will lead.

I’m just grateful I started.

The pap people try once… and somehow keep coming back for.

I honestly don’t think enough people know how GOOD our Nature Mix Pap is.

The funny thing is, I don’t even have to convince the people I recommend it to. They try it, enjoy it, and the next thing I hear is: “Please, I need another one.”

It’s one of those products you taste and immediately understand why people keep asking for it.

If you’ve been buying our regular pap and you haven’t tried Nature Mix yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Some battles are won long before the world even realizes there was a battle. 🙏🏽

There was a time someone genuinely thought I had no one, no influence and no means to f!ght back. She did everything within her p0wer to see me brken and sparated from my child.

But she forgot one thing: I have a God who f!ghts battles I cannot fight.

Today, it has been over a year since I got my child back. What was meant to d*stroy me became one of the greatest testimonies of God’s faithfulness in my life.

I didn’t win because I was powerful. I won because God stepped in. 🙏🏽

And for that, I will forever be grateful.

Sometimes, God allows you to see the end of a battle just so you can never doubt who fought for you.

I almost didn’t make this batch… but look at what came out of the oven.

That first crunch when you take a spoonful? 😍

This is the kind of granola you keep going back to because it’s crunchy, delicious and made with ingredients you can actually recognize.

I made this batch specially for a customer who ordered 2kg, and honestly, seeing it all packed and ready made me smile.

Crunchy goodness in every bowl.

And yes, you can have yours too.

Send me a DM to order from Bree’s Bowl.
