Mary Is Not God… Christians Must Worship God Alone | Jesus Is the Only Mediator
Many people respect Mary, mother of Jesus, and the Bible calls her blessed among women. But the Scriptures never teach believers to worship her, pray to her, or bow to her image.
The Bible is clear that worship belongs to God alone.
Even holy angels refused worship in the Bible. They pointed people back to God.
And according to the Word of God, there is only one mediator between God and humanity — Jesus Christ.
In First Epistle to Timothy 2:5, the Bible says:
“There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”
This teaching is not about disrespecting Mary, mother of Jesus.
She was chosen by God and honored among women.
But salvation, prayer, and mediation belong to Jesus Christ alone.
