The "Cosby Show" Malcolm-Jamal Warner Dies at 54 years
Malcolm-Jamal Warner of the Cosby Show has met a tragic demise in Costa Rica at the age of 54 years.
Sources alleged that Warner died as a result of an accidental drowning when he was on vacation with his daughter.
Warner died of asphyxia after he was caught by a high current in the ocean, according to ABC News. His body was reportedly found Sunday afternoon.
At mid noon, Malcolm was rescued by bystanders and taken to the shore where he received aid from the Costa Rican Red Cross.
He was however declared dead at the scene. The body was sent to the Judicial Morgue in San Joaquín de Flores, Heredia for an autopsy.
Malcolm‑Jamal Warner was a child star who grossed the 1980's as Theodore Huxtable on "The Cosby Show," earning an Emmy nod and etching in his name forever in TV royalty.
