Touching story
Sadly, they left home yesterday morning but Unfortunately never returned...
Alegely, the lady had an appointment with the doctor for her baby. Since it was a Saturday & her four-year-old son was home, there was no one to leave him with, so she carried both children along.
Sadly, the young mother & her two-month-old baby, along with the 4-year-old boy, were involved in a devastating commercial bike accident on their way to the clinic on the Benin-Ore Expressway,.-Unfortunately, both the mother and the 4-year-old son passed away instantly at the scene, the driver survived & miraculously had no injury..
Some passersby including the driver, immediately rushed the infant to the nearest hospital for quick medical attention, as she still had a faint heartbeat. Upon arriving, the hospital staff demanded a first installment of at least N50k before they could commence any emergency treatment.
Unfortunately, non of the Good Samaritans had that much. Total amount contributed amongst them was only N26k instead of the 50k deposit demanded by the hospital. They pleaded desperately, but the hospital staff insisted it was the strict policy of the institution and that there was nothing they could do to help.
Tragically, and sadly, while they were being denied care over the deposit, the little one later gave up the ghost..
