NEVER MOCK A PAIN YOU HAVEN’T ENDURED
Be careful LAUGHING at a battle you have never FOUGHT.
It is very easy to JUDGE people from a distance when life has not yet TESTED you in that area.
You see someone STRUGGLING financially and say, “They don’t know how to plan.” You see someone HURTING after heartbreak and say, “They are too emotional.” You see someone TIRED in marriage, ministry, parenting, or business and you start giving strong opinions like a paid consultant.
Relax, my friend. Life has not finished INTERVIEWING you.
Some PAIN cannot be understood from OUTSIDE. Some TEARS don’t make sense until they FALL from your own eyes. Some BURDENS look light until they are placed on your own SHOULDERS.
Wisdom teaches us to be KIND.
Not every STRUGGLING person is WEAK. Not every SILENT person is PROUD. Not every TIRED person is LAZY.
Sometimes people are FIGHTING battles they don’t even have the STRENGTH to explain.
Before you mock someone’s pain, remember, tomorrow may put you in a SIMILAR classroom.
Never mock a pain you haven’t endured.
