What's the essence of this BBN reunion? All I see is people using this avenue to say mean things to each other. There is no control over the kind of words they use, and I'm so pi**ed.

Why can't adults communicate without using hateful words?

You can't find me in such a place. I dislike this reunion setting.

The temperature check for yogurt or Greek yogurt is not necessary if you are using this method.

A lot of people asked about the right preservative for yogurt. Some have said they want to start selling yogurt or Greek yogurt, so they need to know the right preservative to use.

Personally, I do not think yogurt needs preservatives. It has a short shelf life, and the best option is to store it in the refrigerator for about one to fourteen days at most. Greek yogurt should always be kept in the refrigerator. That is why, when you visit malls or supermarkets, most yogurts are kept in the fridge, except for some brands of drinkable yogurt (names withheld).

I do not agree with the idea of adding preservatives to yogurt. Make only the quantity you can distribute or sell within a short time. If you do not have a refrigerator or stable power supply, you can make use of a cooler and ice blocks. If none of these options is available, then the yogurt business may not be suitable for you.

I also want to sincerely ask those who are already producing yogurt for commercial purposes: do you add preservatives? If yes, what type of preservatives do you use, so that people who want to go into the business can learn from your experience?

Thank you.
