Job Summary
The HR/Admin Executive will support and coordinate the human resources and administrative operations of a garment design and production factory. The role is hands-on and operational, focused on ensuring effective workforce administration, policy compliance, and smooth day-to-day office and factory support activities.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing or production-driven environment and be comfortable handling both HR and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding of factory and office staff.
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Administer attendance tracking, leave management, and support payroll preparation.
Assist with performance monitoring, employee discipline, and grievance handling in line with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
Coordinate training, staff engagement, and basic welfare initiatives.

Administrative Functions
Oversee daily office and factory administrative operations.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility administration.
Support documentation control, filing systems, and internal correspondence.
Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative support.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3years’ experience in an HR/Admin role, preferably within manufacturing, garment production, or factory environments.
Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a production-focused environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
