Homemade Oven Suya 🥩🔥
Easy, spicy and absolutely delicious! 🤤

HOMEMADE OVEN SUYA

Ingredients:
• Beef sirloin
• Seasoning cube
• Salt
• Curry powder
• Paprika
• Mixed herbs
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder
• Suya spice
• Vegetable oil

Method:
Slice beef thinly. Mix all spices with vegetable oil, coat the beef thoroughly, and arrange on a tray. Bake in a preheated oven, turning halfway through and adding more suya spice. Return to the oven until cooked and nicely browned. Serve with sliced onions.

Don’t let leftover butter or margarine go to waste!

Cut it into small portions, freeze, and store in an airtight container. Whenever you need some, just grab a cube and add it to your rice, stew, sauce, or any meal you’re making. So simple and convenient! 😍
