Honestly, this is painful. For many of you, these shops are not just places where you sell; they are what you depend on every day to feed your families, pay your children’s school fees and take care of your responsibilities. To wake up and see what you have worked for over the years gone in a matter of hours is not something anyone should have to experience.

My thoughts goes out to everyone affected by this unfortunate incident. I can only imagine the pain and frustration you are feeling at this moment.

I pray that Almighty Allah gives you the strength to go through this difficult period and, above all, replaces everything you have lost with something even better. May He open doors of help and favour for everyone affected.

This is indeed a painful loss for Oranyan Market and for everyone connected to it. May Almighty Allah protect our markets and our people from such incidents, and may this never happen again.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
