Cultivating Divine Presence 1:
Wise behaviour

"And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the LORD was with him." 1Sam 18:14

Salvation is for all who believe in Christ but divine presence is not for the frivolous. Divine presence is conditional. God is choosy regarding whom He commits to. Your behavioral pattern in all your ways must align with His word, (His wisdom) to enjoy His presence. He comes to those who love him enough to make his word their conversation.

"He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him." Jn 14:21

Again:
Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. Jn 14:23.

Again Jesus himself walking by this rule testified:

"And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him." Jn 8:29.

Psalm 101 is an example of wise behaviour.
