New style adopted is shut all windows night before, set out all you need including outfit for the day and brush your teeth before changing out of your pyjamas. Quick bath and put on your trousers to cover the knees before creaming your body. Then complete your dressing in the warm environ and voilà SAFE

It is only God that keeps me healthy and refreshed. Sometimes in this cold season after bathing with warm water and trying to dress up, you know you have to cream your body before clothes are adorned tingling pains start off.
