In the next 10 years, Nigerian men would be begging women for marriage.
It's not because women hate marriage... come on🤣... a lot of us saw what our parents had and we love to have that same beautiful union like our parents someday...
But because women will finally see that marriage doesn't protect or do women much favour anymore so they would desire marriage less.
In the olden days,
Women need permision from men for almost everything.
In some countries, women had no voting rights,
In other countries, women were not allowed to own properties in their names,
In some cultures in Nigeria, women are prohibited from inheriting family properties.
Then education came with information, and there was a paradigm shift in societal orientation.
Look around you,
In 2024,
Women are in the military,
Women are in politics, occupying political and leadership positions,
Women are into tech,
Women are Captains of aircraft,
Chimamanda Adiche and other women have been given traditional titles that were never given to women.
Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo just became the first female president in Mexico after almost 214 years of independence.💃💃
Africa has produced female Presidents,
Women are venturing into male dominated field to have the same financial opportunity, social relevance and political power.
Women do not need men to pay their bills anymore,
Women do not need male children to lay claim to properties,
Women are building houses and buying cars in their names,
Women do not need men to apply for passport or visas,
Children are dropping their absentees father's name and picking up their mothers names,
Women do not need men to walk their daughters down the Isle on their wedding day.😍
I heard they are building a robot that can carry a baby so women do not need to loose their lives during birth.
There is going to be more technological advancement and lots of awareness in the next 10 years.
A child of 10 years today would be 20 in the next 10 years,
A child of 13 today would be 23 in the next 10 years,
A child of 17 today would be 27 in the next 10 years.
These children would witness massive innovations.
In the next 10 years,
When a young girl of 25 years who has built a multi million dollar business and is successful in her career sits in front of a man and asks him "what you bring to the table..."

You and that your bad character that your mother could not change will stammer... bet me🙄
You think these Alpha Gen children would be going to church to pray for husbands?🤣
You think children that were born in 2011 to 2014 would run after marriage without skills and education in 2034?
If you resurrect your great-great-grandparents and tell them women are now going to school and how advanced life has become, they would doubt it.
If you love the marriage institution,
If you want to protect the marriage institution, start educating the men in your family,
Start talking to your sons, brothers, nephews and husbands.
If you raise your men with the belief that women would submit to a man and take BS in the name of marriage, they are going to meet the shock of their lives... I'm not even playing.
They will end up as men who always ask "where are the women like our mothers?"😊
In the next 10 years, women would only desire marriage from a place of love, affection, compatibility and companionship,
Not from a place of social validation,
Not from a place of avoiding social stigma,
And definitely... like most definitely not from a place of survival.😁
Technology is here,
Education is here,
Information is now at our finger tips.
The Women of the coming age are different,
Because the future is female.😊
